Graduated from a Swiss hotel school in Switzerland, Nathalie holds a BA degree (distinction) in Global Business Management & also a Higher Diploma in Hotel & Hospitality Management. While she was in Switzerland, she worked in a few hospitality companies before in both the Food & Beverage department and sales.

One of the many companies is Zurich Marriott Hotel where she worked in the banquet department. She believes that the story has a strong connection with the emotions of man, therefore, she wishes to create more interesting tangible and intangible brand stories together with mushROOM.
